Soy prices have been going up, along with all food costs. Noticing the rising price of Westsoy tofu, we learned that one of our distributors began to carry Rosewood tofu from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our goal is to find products from local and regional producers when possible, and we hope that the transition to Rosewood tofu, which is priced lower than Westsoy, will satisfy your soy buds.
It currently comes as extra firm tofu in a water pack, or soft tofu in a water-pack, also firm, China Rose nigari in a tub. Let us know what you think!
