Every mid-July my wife and I visit Natural Harvest on our way to visit family near Ely. Just wondering if you carry Gluten Free Pantry baking mixes. Gluten Free Pantry is distributed by Glutino from Canada. I have been gluten free for many years and tried numerous brands of boxed gluten free baking mixes. Hands down, Gluten Free Pantry mixes are the best to date. They make a great sandwich bread mix, pancake mix, and a french bread/pizza mix.

I’m trying to learn a little on my own, but if there was someone knowledgeable in the area that would be willing to teach what they know it would be a lot better and much easier. I’m not sure where to go, and some of the plants I want to make sure I am properly identifying.

You can find it in our baking supplies aisle that is home to a wide array of gluten-free flours, mixes and other baking ingredients. Just ask a staff member if you are having trouble locating a mix on the shelf.
